At Lahore Grocery Store, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every order. This policy explains the conditions for returns, refunds, and replacements.

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return or replacement if:

The product is damaged or defective
The wrong item was delivered
The product is expired or near expiry
Items are missing from your order

Important: Issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Perishable goods (unless damaged or incorrect)
Opened or used products
Items without original packaging
Products purchased on discount or promotion (unless defective)
Change-of-mind purchases

3. Refund Process

Refunds are processed within 1-3 working days
Refunds are issued using the original payment method

Payment After Delivery (PAD)

Refunds will be processed via:

Easypaisa
Raast
Bank transfer

4. Replacement Policy

Depending on availability, we may offer:

Same product replacement
Alternative product of equal value
Can not return or refund customized order product & as well as the OPENED / Damaged product.

5. Order Cancellation

Before dispatch: Full refund
After dispatch: Cancellation not guaranteed
Bank / Card Transaction Fee, will not be part of refund amount. (refunds will be processed excluding the Feeses.)

6. Refund Approval Conditions

Proof (image/video) may be required
Inspection and verification will be conducted
Fraudulent claims will be rejected

7. How to Request a Return or Refund

To initiate a request, provide:

Order ID
Product details
Issue description
Supporting proof

8. Important Notes

Refunds are only issued after approval
Repeated misuse may result in account restriction
Lahore Grocery Store reserves the right to refuse invalid claims
